My wife sells property here as an independent agent. So I don't see this work from the outside: I live with it. The WhatsApp at ten in the evening, the German buyer who wants an answer in German, the listing that needs four languages by Friday.
I love technology that lets people do more, and do it better. Most of all I love software that feels obvious the first time you open it. Every company I have built taught me the same lesson: a product only matters if the person using it, on a phone between two viewings, understands it in five seconds.
